Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Hisaab ERP. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and DYS IT Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., the company behind Hisaab ERP. This agreement governs your access to and use of the Hisaab ERP platform, including all related software, services, and documentation.

By signing up, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

Use of ServiceCustomer obligations & permitted use

a. Business Permitted Use. You may use the Service only for your lawful internal business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to any third party without written permission from DYS IT Solutions.

b. Provisioned Software Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

c. No Harmful Use. You must not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, interfere with the Service's integrity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

d. Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, copy or duplicate the Service for competitive purposes, or use automated means to scrape or extract data.

Customers found in violation of these terms will be notified in writing with a 7-day cure period before account suspension, except in cases of security threats which may require immediate action.

Software-as-a-ServicePlatform delivery & availability

Hisaab ERP is delivered as a cloud-based SaaS platform. DYS IT Solutions will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.5% uptime availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be communicated in advance.

a. Updates & Maintenance. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours whenever possible.

b. Data Portability. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data in standard formats within 30 days. After this window, data may be permanently deleted.

c. Aggregate Statistics. DYS IT Solutions may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the Service to improve the platform and for statistical analysis, but never in a way that identifies you personally.

DYS Solutions PropertyIntellectual property & ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, interfaces, documentation, and derivatives thereof, are and shall remain the exclusive property of DYS IT Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Customer Data. You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using Hisaab ERP, you grant DYS IT Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Important: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be incorporated into the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.

Term & TerminationSubscription period & exit conditions

This Agreement commences on your subscription start date and continues for the term specified in your selected plan (monthly or annual), automatically renewing unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before renewal.

Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate immediately if the other materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within 15 days of written notice. DYS IT Solutions may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment after a 7-day grace period following invoice due date.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Liability Limit & DisclaimerLimitations on claims & damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, DYS IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." DYS IT Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated herein.

Rapid Response & SLAIT operations response levels

DYS IT Operations commits to the following response and resolution times based on issue severity:

Response Time: Initial acknowledgement by IT staff. Resolution Time: Full fix or workaround. Business Notification: When the business owner is informed of unresolved issues.

Disaster RecoveryBusiness continuity & data restoration

DYS IT Solutions maintains disaster recovery procedures designed to restore Service availability within acceptable timeframes following a significant incident. These procedures include geographically redundant backups and documented recovery runbooks.

In the event of a major data loss or system failure, DYS IT Solutions will notify affected customers within 24 hours of detection, provide regular status updates, and work to restore service using the most recent verified backup.

BackupData backup frequency & retention

DYS IT Solutions performs automated data backups on the following schedule:

  • Daily backups — retained for 30 days
  • Weekly backups — retained for 3 months
  • Monthly backups — retained for 12 months

Backups are stored on an IT-managed infrastructure located in Pakistan. DYS IT Solutions makes no guarantee of backup availability for customer-initiated deletions. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own data exports for critical business records.

To request a data restoration from backup, contact support@hisaab.pk with your account details and the approximate date of the data you wish to restore.

Communication ExcellenceHow we communicate with you

DYS IT Solutions is committed to transparent, timely, and professional communication. You will receive notifications regarding planned maintenance, service disruptions, policy updates, and billing via your registered email address.

You may update your communication preferences from within the Hisaab ERP settings panel. Critical service notifications cannot be opted out of. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed at any time.

Business HoursSupport availability & office hours

Standard support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT). Emergency support for Level 1 Critical incidents is available 24/7 via the emergency contact channel provided upon onboarding.

Support requests submitted outside business hours will be acknowledged the next business day, except for Critical-level incidents which follow the SLA timelines defined in Section 6.

SecurityData protection & platform security

DYS IT Solutions implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • Role-based access controls and audit logging
  • Regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) support

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for promptly reporting any suspected security incidents to our team.

Minimum NotificationChanges to terms & advance notice

DYS IT Solutions will provide a minimum of 30 days advance notice for any material changes to these Terms of Service, pricing adjustments, or significant changes to the platform that affect existing functionality.

Notice will be delivered via email to your registered account address and posted on the Hisaab ERP platform dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to updated terms, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date without early termination fees by contacting our support team.
